

Christopher Radford is a Midlands based, professional dance performer, teacher and choreographer who works in the high energy styles of African, Afro-fusion and Contemporary. Chris graduated from Northern School of Contemporary Dance with a First-Class Honours and has extensive performance experience touring internationally with companies, and for choreographers, including: Scottish Dance Theatre, Autin DT, ACE dance and music, Corey Baker Dance, Damien Jalet, Anton Lachky, Fleur Darkin, Rosie Kay. Recent performance credits include numerous outdoor festivals across the UK as well as being a featured dancer for the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, a stadium performance televised on the BBC.
Chris is now director of Linden Dance Company with partner Sara Macqueen, a professional performance company specialising in highly physical and emotive work, that also has a youth strand, Linden Youth.
Chris recently achieved the status of Fellow (FHEA) in recognition of attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education.
