Kesha Beaupierre is a Birmingham-based entrepreneur, educator and former dancer whose career spans the performing arts, the NHS and the beauty industry. She is the Director, Founder, Educator and PMU Artist of Keke Kosmetics Limited, and brings to the Board of Linden Dance Company a rare mix of creativity, arts marketing, project management and business-building experience.
Kesha started dancing at a young age and went on to join a youth dance company, performing with the company and dancing internationally. That early training showed her the discipline, confidence and creative ambition youth dance can build, and gave her a lasting passion for nurturing the next generation.
After graduating from the University of Worcester with a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Kesha spent several years working in marketing across the performing arts sector, including as Marketing Executive at Birmingham Royal Ballet. There she developed a strong understanding of how arts organisations grow their audiences.
Kesha then moved into the NHS, starting as a Project Coordinator at Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit and progressing to Senior Project Manager for Vaccinations and Immunisations at Black Country Integrated Care Board, where she delivered complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. She holds the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification in project management.
Throughout her career, Kesha built Keke Kosmetics alongside full-time employment. In May 2026 she began running it full-time, leading both the Keke Kosmetics Beauty Lounge and the Keke Kosmetics Academy. Through the Academy, which specialises in melanin-rich skin, she trains and certifies the next generation of permanent makeup artists, and she holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Kesha is excited to bring the creativity that has run through her work, from the stage to PMU artistry, together with her experience in marketing, governance, project delivery and enterprise, to Linden Dance Company. She shares the company’s values of positivity, individuality and empowerment, and is committed to supporting Linden’s growth, strengthening its sustainability and widening access to dance across Birmingham and beyond.
